Your puppy’s comfort and safety come first. We offer four ways to bring your puppy home anywhere in the United States.
Delivery options
Flight nanny
From $450, plus airfare
A trusted traveler carries your puppy in the cabin and hands them to you at your nearest airport. It is the most personal way to travel.

Cargo
From $350, plus airline fees
Your puppy travels in the temperature-controlled, pressurized hold of a pet-friendly airline, in an approved crate, and you collect them at the airport cargo terminal.
- Direct flights are booked wherever possible
- Travel is scheduled around weather and airline pet policies
- Crate and health documents are included
Ground transport
From $0.75 per mile
A licensed, experienced driver brings your puppy to your door, with regular stops for rest, water and gentle play.

- Small groups only, so puppies are never crowded
- Live updates while on the road
Local pickup
No delivery charge
Come to our home, meet your puppy and their family, and take them home yourself. It is our favorite way to hand over a puppy.

- Bring a small crate or a carrier and a blanket
- We will show you around and answer questions in person
Before your puppy travels
- Puppies go home no earlier than the age noted on their card, and always after a veterinary exam.
- Travel by air requires a health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian shortly before the flight. We arrange this and include the cost in shipping.
- A deposit reserves your puppy, and the balance and shipping fees are due before travel is booked.
- We may change or delay a trip for severe weather, airline embargoes or a health concern. Your puppy’s wellbeing always decides.
When your puppy arrives
- We send you the travel details, flight or route information and pickup instructions in advance.
- Please arrive early and bring a leash, a small towel and some water.
- Give your puppy a quiet welcome, a little food and a calm first night. We will send a care sheet and feeding schedule.
- Contact us right away if anything seems wrong. We are only a call away.

Can I choose the delivery option?
Yes. Tell us your preference on the inquiry form and we will recommend the safest, most practical choice for your location and your puppy’s age.
How long does delivery take?
Most flights arrive the same day they leave. Ground transport usually takes one to three days depending on distance. We confirm your schedule when you reserve.
Who pays for shipping?
The buyer pays shipping costs. We give you an exact quote for your zip code before you commit.
Can I meet the puppy first?
You are welcome to visit by appointment, or we can arrange a video call so you can meet your puppy from home.
